Maya Fey is Mia's sister, as well as Phoenix's perky and upbeat sidekick for the first 3 games in the series.

Unlike her sister Mia, Maya can be pretty stubborn and hotheaded, but otherwise friendly and can be easily excited. Though she may not be the brightest bulb in the stack, she shows great concern for her friends and relations. Because of this, Maya can tend to be rather tenacious, but nevertheless remains a loyal friend. A crazed fangirl of anything Steel Samurai related. She had picked up the name 'Nick' from her sister, whom used that as a nickname for Phoenix. Maya always has space in her stomach for a good burger.

Maya was raised alongside her sister, both were trained in her family's traditional art of spirit-channelling. She had grown up training to become a spirit medium. Given that her mother Misty Fey disappeared not long after she was born, and that Mia had left the mountain to study law; this leaves Maya the rightful heir to the Fey family. Her skills as a spirit medium still aren't quite sharp, and often has trouble trying to channel spirits.

Mia isn't the only family Maya has left. She is also cousin to Pearl Fey, and niece to Morgan Fey.
