Will Powers stars as the Silver Samurai on the television show of the same name.

He is a tall, brutish-looking man with a mane of wild red hair. However, beneath this exterior is a senstive, kind man who cares a great deal about children. He puts his work above anything else, even if it means donning a mask to conceal his less-than-pleasant appearance. Phoenix finds it odd that a man with his sort of temperament could murder anyone. He later makes an appearance in the final case of Justice for All as a witness.

The Silver Samurai's spear was found protruding from the victim's body, so Will was the prime suspect. It's revealed over time that there are greater forces working behind the scene at Global Studios, and the suspicion surrounding him fades.

Will eventually takes a job on a children's exercise show when Silver Samurai ends. On the show he is forced to wear a rabbit mask to conceal his face.
